The Client Dur for Hospitality Company was engaged in the design and construction of the Hotel in Alhasa (four star hotel). The hotel features 144 rooms and suites, a health club and a main restaurant. The base area is about 10,000 sqm, with a total of ten floors and a built up area of 13,000 sqm.
