The project involves the construction of infrastructure works for the Ministry of Housing. Al Hamdaniya the developed site is located in Al- Falah neighborhood of Taiba municipality in the far north of Jeddah, east of Al-Haramain Road, on an area of 1,500,000 m2 approximately.
The residential areas are 790,000 m2 and involve about 1900 villas, the service areas are 107,500 m2, the car parking areas are 13,415 m2. The site is located approximately 1.2 km east of King Abdullah Sport City Stadium in Al Falah District, Jeddah – KSA. The presence of the site on commercial axes enhances the possibility of contributing to bridging the shortage of commercial services.
