The project involves the construction supervision of renovation and enhancement works in Al-Balad, also known as Jeddah Historic District, with a focus on Al-Dahab Square and its surroundings. The scope includes overseeing the renovation and development of buildings in Al Dahab Square and Beit Al-Balad, the enhancement of public squares such as Beit Al-Balad and Al-Jukhdar Square, and the improvement of historical stores. It also covers public space improvements, including the replacement and installation of lighting poles, the application of the final asphalt layer, and the installation of road markings on key streets such as Al-Dahab Street, King Abdulaziz Street, Allegiance Square, Al- Balad Ring Road, and Madinah Road.
