The project involved the design of a general hospital with a capacity of 200 inpatient beds, owned by Al-Etissam Medical Company. The hospital design included various medical specialties and facilities, such as inpatient and outpatient units, diagnostic and treatment centers, ancillary and support services, administrative areas, parking spaces, and other miscellaneous facilities. The project site covers an area of 9,499.3 m2, with a total built-up area of 61,500 m2.
