The Al Fursan Suburb (Banan) project, located to the east of King Khaled International Airport, KSA, is being developed for Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG). Spanning a total site area of 10,000,000 m2, the project aims to deliver approximately 24,000 residential units, including villas and apartment buildings. The development will feature a comprehensive range of ancillary services, including mosques, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, sports clubs, and entertainment areas. The total built-up area is estimated at 5,758,634 m2.
