This is a Civil Defence, Police, Traffic Police Stations and Post Office concept design for DGDA, aiming to develop sustainable office buildings, supporting the mixed-use masterplan. It includes the following facilities: Post Office Station with Site area 2,750 m2and BUA 644 m2. Satellite Office with Site area 1,071 m2, and BUA 1,270 m2. Civil Defense Office with Site area 4,259 m2, and BUA 2,879 m2. Police Station with Site area 5,424 m2, and BUA 6,846 m2. Traffic Police Station with Site area 5,674 m2, and BUA 7,380 m2.
