KING ABDULAZIZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The project entails the renovation of four key spaces at King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah, encompassing a total area of 100,015 m2. The scope includes the refurbishment of the South Terminal building (89,658 m2), the construction of a new Group Check-in Facility, the repurposing of the South Terminal Mosque area, and the integration of a Vertical Circulation Core to improve passenger flow. External works extend to parking zones, roadway construction, and utility upgrades in the Landside area, ensuring seamless access and enhanced operational efficiency. This comprehensive renovation aims to modernize the airport infrastructure and improve the overall passenger experience.
