The development scope includes the addition of various ancillary buildings and facilities to improve efficiency and passenger experience. Key upgrades comprise seven passenger bridges, eleven gates, twenty-six airplane parking spots, three Royal Airplane parking spaces, forty-six ticket counters, eight luggage belts, and twenty-three inspection devices. - [MARRIOTT YARD](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/marriott-yard/): The client, DUR hospitality Company, decided to execute the construction of Marriott courtyard / Residence Inn Hotel; a four-star hotel located in Yanbu industrial city waterfront, KSA, composed of 150 keys, with a construction budget of  69,192,728SAR. The tower is a 12-story building and a surface parking with a total plot area of 7,500 sqm. The hotel consists of a lobby lounge and cafe, an all-day dining, a gym, and a meeting facility. The total built-up area is around 16,000 sqm.

Spanning a total area of 1,841,940.449 m2, the district includes residential buildings and mixed-use structures incorporating educational facilities such as schools and kindergartens, public services like government offices, police stations, and civil defense, as well as healthcare centers. Additionally, the master plan features utilities, roads, and open spaces. The development is organized into seven neighborhoods, carefully planned to align with the locational conditions of the project site.

- [KHUZAM SUBURB](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/khuzum-suburb/): The development vision is to prepare the structural plan for the suburb of Al-Jewan to become an integrated residential community with a site area of 21,000,000 m2, providing 52,000 housing units. Five principles were followed to shape the project: Preserve natural assets including wadis and adopt native planting. Manage safety and security of spaces within the park by having constant eyes on the street.  Engage with different spaces, amenities and activities. The project site area is 21,000,000 and provides approximately 52,000 housing units.
- [MURCIA](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/murcia/): The scope of work includes the design of the master plan, landscape, and infrastructure. The project site covers a total area of approximately 5,000,000 m2 and consists of a residential area, including townhouses, residential units, and apartments, covering about 2,209,201 m2. It also includes an educational area with the Boys’ and Girls’ Complex Schools, covering about 122,000 m2, a healthcare center with a space of 6,339 m2, and a worship area, including the Grand Mosque and local mosques, covering about 89,400 m2.
- [BANAN AL RIYADH TMG](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/banan-alriyadh-tmg/): The Al Fursan Suburb (Banan) project, located to the east of King Khaled International Airport, KSA, is being developed for Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG). Spanning a total site area of 10,000,000 m2, the project aims to deliver approximately 24,000 residential units, including villas and apartment buildings. The development will feature a comprehensive range of ancillary services, including mosques, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, sports clubs, and entertainment areas. The total built-up area is estimated at 5,758,634 m2.
- [KFSHRC RADIOTHERAPY FACILITY CENTRE](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/kfshrc-radiotherapy-facility-centre/): We contributed in designing a new underconstruction Radiotherapy Facility Center for King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center,  in Al-Madinah Al-Monawara. The facility will cover a total area of 2,700 m2, spread across two floors. The ground floor will house the Radiotherapy department and its related services, while the upper floor will be dedicated to auxiliary services.
- [MINISTRY OF SPORTS HQ BUILDING](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/ministry-of-sports-hq-building/): We renovated the existing building and the design of new spaces/buildings for the Ministry of Sports in Jeddah, including design consultancy services and structural and MEP assessments. The built- up area is 8,900 m2 on a site area of 18,000 m2.
- [HOLIDAY INN HOTEL](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/holiday-inn-hotel/): The Client Dur for Hospitality Company was engaged in the design and construction of the Hotel in Alhasa (four star hotel). The hotel features 144 rooms and suites, a health club and a main restaurant. The base area is about 10,000 sqm, with a total of ten floors and a built up area of 13,000 sqm.
- [AL-ETISSAM HOSPITAL](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/aletissam-hospital/): The project involved the design of a general hospital with a capacity of 200 inpatient beds, owned by Al-Etissam Medical Company. The hospital design included various medical specialties and facilities, such as inpatient and outpatient units, diagnostic and treatment centers, ancillary and support services, administrative areas, parking spaces, and other miscellaneous facilities. The project site covers an area of 9,499.3 m2, with a total built-up area of 61,500 m2.
- [AL QURAYYAT AIRPORT](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/alqurayyat-airport/): This project involves studying the market and scope of work, designing the building and implementing the design at a new site for the Qurayyat Airport under the General Authority of Civil Aviation. The scope of the project involves reviewing the master plan’s results, including  an initial programming of the conceptual design for the expansion of the existing, and relatively new, Passenger Terminal Building (PTB). The site area is around 6,600,000 m2 and with a built-up area of 28,000 m2.
- [PRINCE ABDULMOHSIN BIN ABDULAZIZ AIRPORT](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/prince-abdulmohsin-binabdulaziz-airport/): This project is a completion of Prince AbdulMohsin’s Airport design in Yanbu for the General Authority of Civil Aviation. The scope of the project involves a revision of the master plan study results. The main scope includes an initial programming of the conceptual design for the expansion of the existing, and relatively new, Passenger Terminal Building (PTB). Three conceptual design alternatives for the main terminal will be created and the chosen alternative will be developed to the final stage of Construction Tender Documents. The site area is around 8,600,000 m2 and with a built-up area of 65,000 m2.

It includes the following facilities: Post Office Station with Site area 2,750 m2and BUA 644 m2. Satellite Office with Site area 1,071 m2, and BUA 1,270 m2. Civil Defense Office with Site area 4,259 m2, and BUA 2,879 m2. Police Station with Site area 5,424 m2, and BUA 6,846 m2. Traffic Police Station with Site area 5,674 m2, and BUA 7,380 m2.

- [JUDICIAL COURT COMPLEX](https://zfp.midwam-lab.com/judicial-court-complex/): ZFP secured second place in the design competition for this judicial complex, spanning 43,600 m2 of land with a built-up area of 150,000 m2. The project features four independent courts, with building forms that symbolize simplicity, balance, and strength—qualities reflective of justice. Inspired by architectural heritage, the design integrates traditional elements into a contemporary sculptural form. A central plaza unifies the court buildings, serving as a tranquil transitional space. Transparent internal facades overlooking the plaza bring a sense of openness, contrasting the solid external envelope. This blend of transparency and solidity conveys the values of Islamic Law—clarity, mercy, and solemnity.
