The project involves the development of a master plan for SAUDIA City, a mixed-use residential and commercial area spanning 1,450,809 m2, located in the Khalidiyah district of central Jeddah. Primarily designed to accommodate employees of various group business units, the project is managed by Saudi Airlines Real Estate Development Company (SARED), which oversees the corporation’s real estate assets.
The scope of work includes comprehensive infrastructure design services, covering roads and civil works, electrical systems, lighting, irrigation, rainwater and drainage systems, fire protection, plumbing, and landscaping. Additionally, a topographic site survey and geotechnical investigation study were conducted to support the planning and design process.
