The project aims to generate a connection point, capitalizing on the relationship between the indoor & outdoor experiences, where the users have a place to enjoy the golf views as well as small gift & service shops. The project would serve as an additional public area for the residents overlooking the golf with an outlet for community related services. Therefore, the project concentrates on F&B services in addition to a few activities such as Cafes & F&B outlets (Extendable to an outdoor area & upper floor), Small shops, Clinics and Administration Area.
